Wanting to Master Your Handstands?

Handstands are such a great skill to have! 1 You look pretty cool doing them, and 2 it is such an amazing balance practice. whether you are a beginner, or are already advanced but want some new fun handstand movements, I have the skills and drills ready for you!

This handstand workshop is hosted over zoom (or any face chat call prerferred). Because everyone is at a different skill level, doing sessions over a call means I get to take the time to understand where you are at and go from there! Along with the call, you will be sent over tips and drill reminders for you to keep up with your handstand training anywhere!
