As many of you know I stay busy and on the road! With that kind of lifestyle I found it extremely hard to find the time to workout and eat right which resulted in me loosing a lot of my muscle mass. I resorted to some unhealthy habits like depriving myself of food and excessive amounts of cardio. 2 months ago I reached out to @sarahndorough asking her to help me tone in a healthy way and improve my flexibility in posing. I was always afraid to lift weights because I thought it would make me “bigger" and/or gain weight. But this weekend I got a ton of compliments on my body! Why am I telling you this? Because I'm a firm believer that investing in just a general base knowledge that you can take with you. 

Also on that same note, I was the kind of person who thought "I don't need a trainer, I know what I'm doing!" and granted I was seeing results when I was staying consistent but it still took me 6-7 months to see the same results I got with Sarah in just 2. So maybe you have a base knowledge already and just need a little tweaking. I had no idea how many exercises I was doing slightly wrong until @sarahndorough showed me the correct technique. So don't wait 7 months to get the results you could get in 2!
